graduate of Columbia University, Ed has spent 30 years developing and training tens of thousands of people from all walks of life, and all levels within corporations to use more of their brain power through accelerated learning techniques, advanced information processing skills, critical thinking, communication skills, and developing their own unique creative process.
Mr Caldwell's understanding of whole brain learning and multiple intelligences have enabled him to not just teach effectively, but to also become known as a "trainer's trainer." Having developed a thirst to stay abreast of news and innovations in brain science as it applies to development and learning have nurtured him with an intellectual curiosity that continues to this day. As an instructional designer, he incorporates fresh approaches to learning and behavioral change.
Ed's instructional design skills enabled him to revamp the curriculum and teacher trainer process for the world renowned Evelyn Wood Reading Dynamics Corp., and then becoming Senior Executive Consultant for American Learning Corp.
With a commitment to demonstrating measureable behavioral change, Mr Caldwell formed a consulting practice group, Productive Learning Systems, Inc., based in Atlanta Georgia. Some of his clients include: American Management Association, Canadian Management Centre, Lockheed Martin, the US Navy, Knolls Atomic Power Labs, NCR, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, and has been listed in the Who's Who in Training and Development.
Having certifications in a myriad of personal and learning assessment tools, Ed is also author of the best-selling, "Keep Your Noggin Rockin: Survival Strategies and Tactics for Information Overload," and numerous articles.
